Mahidol University Scholarships

Mahidol University Scholarships have been awarded in the past through Dr. Sugree Charoensuk to Chan Hein Kyway, Parami Shoon, Thet Su Oo, Saw Win Maw, and Saw James.

Hong Kong Baptist University Scholarship

Hong Kong Baptist University awarded a scholarship for a Masters in Music Education to former Gitameit teacher, Michelle May Win Maung.

Asian Cultural Council Grant

The Asian Cultural Council in New York awarded a grant to Gitameit for the organization and production of Nya La Ka (Night Moon Dance) in December, 2005.

Bangkok International School Choral Festival

U Moe Naing, Parami Shoon, and Htun Htun attended the festival in July, 2005 as observers.
